I've had these uber cool boots a few months now and they have been admirably putting up with some serious abuse, both in the river and out in the boat. They have two major features that would make any gear junkie (fishing gear junkie..ahem) jizz in their pants; 1) a BOA dial lace system which makes lacing up a sinch and much less time consuming, ultimately meaning you can waddle down to the killer spot on the river while your buddies are still tying up their regular booties. 2) the other cool feature is the Omnitrax 3.0 changable sole system, meaning you can switch soles (Fast!) between a myriad of available options. I have mine rigged up with studded felt for the river and plain aquastealth rubber for the boat so I dont destroy anymore flylines with studs. Apart from the sheer usefulness of the features and durabilty of the boots I think they're worth having for the asthetics alone. I reckon if Darth Vader fished, he would have a pair of these animals! I like to think I'm living his dream when I'm lacing up my lightsaber fish beating stick for a day on the water. All in all these are great boots and if you have the money, it's worth forking out for a pair of these badboys if your on the lookout for a new pair...
