I'm going to kick off my first post with a track back over the weekend which saw hundreds flock to Galway for the inaugural Irish Fly Fair. Many big names were present in both casting and fly tying from all over the world which made for an interesting show. The event was organised by Mara media and Stevie Munn in association with Irish Angler magazine where over 30 top class tyers were present demonstrating Trout, Salmon, and pike flies among others. As far as I'm concerned the highlight of the event was the Scatri angling simulator, check out the video below for coolness...
